Welcome to Bikram's Yoga College of India, Westminster,CO

LobbyBikram’s Beginning Yoga is a fun and challenging unique series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayama) done in a heated studio (just above body temperature). All classes are 90 minutes and are suitable for all ages, alllevels and abilities.
