Welcome to Bikram's Yoga College of India

Bikrams Beginning Yoga is a fun and challenging unique series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayama) done in a heated studio (just above body temperature). All classes are 90 minutes and are suitable for all ages, alllevels and abilities.

Bikram Yoga works every system of the body, carrying 100% oxygenated blood to muscles, cells, organs and joints, aiding detoxification, healing, preventing back pain and arthritis, balancing moods, reducing stress, regulating weight, revitalizing your complexion and improving overall strength, balance and flexibility.
